Q: What is Adobe Reader and where can I get it?
A: Adobe Reader software is a global standard for electronic documents and is what is needed to view PDF files.  A PDF file is an electronic document file which is usually more efficient way to distribute photos and other documentation for computers and the internet.  You can download the Adobe Reader directly from Adobe by clicking on this link:

A: Assembly instructions for the BCW Multiple Row Boxes, like the Monster (3200 count) and Super Monster (5000 count) card storage boxes are available as an Adobe PDF file. Most of the multiple row boxes are similar in design so these instructions may help even if you do not get the exact size shown for example the assembly of the 1600 count Shoe and 3000 Count Super Shoe.es assemble the same so the instructions for the Comic and Magazine boxes are the same file. You can download the file from the following link.

A: Here is a video created by BCW who manufactures these boxes.  It shows the SHORT house.  The LONG house assembles the same way.
This video is also available on youtube & BCW's website.

BASEBALL CARD LOTS  AND COLLECTIBLES
A: At this time I sell mixed lots.  On rare occasion I will post some single cards or players or teams etc, but I really do not wish to dig through and sort of the cards or cherry pick any.  Its more fun for me to just randomly pick cards for the lots I sell.  Its also more fun for the buyer, in my opinion (and that of some of my regular customers) because there is more variety and its kind of a treasure hunt!

A: You may send a request for specific players, teams, years, brands, etc and I may be able to "beef up" the lot with some of the specifics, but its not likely.  Doing that will make it more time consuming and also unfair to other buyers.  The lots are priced pretty competitively so being specific is just not practical.
A: I do have other sports cards and trading cards which may pop up from time to time.  Currently my focus is on baseball card lots since I have way too many!  I do also sell other collectibles and supplies for storing, shipping and protecting sports cards and other collectibles.  You can find more in my eBay auctions as POC_USA. You may send a request for specific players, teams, years, brands, etc and I may be able to "beef up" the lot with some of the specifics, but its not likely.  Doing that will make it more time consuming and also unfair to other buyers.  The lots are priced pretty competitively so being specific is just not practical.

A: Yes, the only difference MAY be the quantity offered in the lot.  But the method for picking the cards at random and the variety, etc is the same as you will find in my auctions. Sometimes you may catch a deal in the auctions, sometimes the better deal is directly on this website.   Bodders on eBay often do not know how to get to my site directly (ebay doesn't want sellers to make direct sales - since they do not get a commission).  The bidders sometimes get so caught up in the bidding war they will pay much more than they could have or should have if they would just check another of my auctions or if they would stumble upon my website.

A: In the mixed lot offerings I show pictures from time to time of some of the cards I have available or at least were available when I took the photos.  These are just to give an idea of the variety.  Since the cards are picked at random there is no certainty of which card will be in any one lot.  Besides that the lots are a specified number of cards... if you added up all the cards in a picture it will probably be more than the quantity in a lot and of course I do not have unlimited duplicates to give every buyer the exact same cards.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

A: Shipping for baseball card lots is currently included for purchases made on this website and no additional packaging or handling fee is required.  Orders through eBay are processed separately and any shipping costs related to the auctions is specified in the auction.

A: Orders are processed as soon as possible in the order they are received. Typically the items will ship out within one business day of cleared payment.  Baseball card lots usually ship by USPS and will take 2 to 5 days First Class (less than 150 cards) and 2 to 3 days Priority Mail (For over 150 cards).  This is not guaranteed time but is what USPS estimates as their normal delivery time.  Overall time will vary by location.  Weather, holidays, etc may also affect the delivery.   Quick and painless is the goal!

A: Shipping insurance is included and will cover the cost of goods only.  Shipping and handling is not refundable.  If damage occurs from shipping, a replacement item or refund will be issued at our descretion.

A: Generally speaking, no - but feel free to inquire as some exceptions may be made depending on the goods and desination.   Be aware shipping to other countries is typically much higher and delivery times much longer than within the US, which may deter and/or disappoint international buyers.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

A: Currently we accept paypal only for electronic payment - Credit cards are accepted through paypal.  If you do not have a paypal account please go to www.paypal.com to learn more and sign up for an account.  Its a popular service used by many websites including eBay and offers fast secure payment to sellers. Paper payments, like checks or money orders MIGHT be accepted by special request on a case by case basis at our descretition.  The offerings on this site will usually have a payment button in the offering.  Auction sites, like ebay will have a checkout process.

Mailed paper payments are ok, but will require extra time to clear before items are shipped.  Money order is preferred paper payment - we do NOT accept personal checks.  If you wish to mail payment, send to TUCKER ENGINEERING PO BOX 383 WOODSTOCK, IL 60098 and be sure to include your full name and mailing address as well as a note of what the payment is for.

RETURNS POLICY

A: Yes and no.  We do not accept returns for buyer remorse.  Unlike the big stores we do not have the means to handle returns for things you just decided you no longer want.  We do accept returns for damaged goods if damaged in shipping.  Used goods are sold as is and may not be returned.  This includes but is not limited to trading cards and collectibles.  If however the item is NOT significantly as described we will send replacement or refund as needed at our descretion.  That means if we send the completely wrong item like a doorknob instead when you ordered a spoon, we will refund your payment or send the correct item as needed  In some instances the incorrect or damaged or incorrect goods will need to be returned before refund or replacement is sent..
Send us an email to request return authorization through the Contact Us page.

A: Send us an email to request return authorization.  Use the Contact Us page,  Include your name and item purchased describing the problem in detail.  We will respond accordingly. If its an auction item like on ebay or other site, please use the contact forms through that website.   If a return is approved a return authorization will be issued.  If an item is returned without prior approval it will be treated as abandoned and no further action will be taken, so please be sure to submit a request for return if needed.

A: This depends on the situation.  Typically the refund will be issued as soon as the return is received and inspected.  If an item does not need return like its lost in shipping or just not practical to ship back.  A replacement or refund will be issued once the damage/loss is confirmed.  Postal inspection may be required which can take up to 2 weeks or more so please retain damaged goods for at least 14 days or until the refund/replacement is received.
